Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment.
We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
UPS and FedEx deliveries are shipped with tracking and drop-off without signature. If possible, UPS and FedEx deliveries will be brought inside your building. Common carrier shipments:
Your order will be shipped with free tailgate (dock to dock) delivery included, meaning the furniture will be delivered to your dock. Or if there is no delivery dock at your business or home office, you will be responsible to remove the furniture from the tailgate of the delivery truck.
If you do not have the personnel or facilities to handle unloading, for an additional charge, inside delivery services are available. For large orders requiring inside delivery, we strongly suggest you call 888-682-0592 to discuss, so we can supply you with the best service.
